Our Founder, Pia has always loved making the most of beautiful, fresh, produce and ingredients, and finding ways to store their goodness for the seasons ahead - much the same way a farmer makes hay when the sun is shining. Pia would share and swap recipes and ideas with friends and family, and over time realised she could turn this passion and daily practice into a business, and here we are!
